The umpire's briefing will be held on Wednesday, 28 October at 21:00 in Pajulahti Sports Institute auditorium (main building).

General Information
The European Junior Championships is an event for U19 players organized by Badminton Europe (BEC) every second year.

Both a team event and the five individual events are played during the 10 days long competition.
The 2020 event will be played from 29 October - 7 November in Lahti, Finland. The event will be held at the Pajulahti Sports Institute.
Players must be born in 2002 or later.

The individual events will count towards the BWF World Junior Rankings.

Team event
The seeding for the team event is based on the results of the 2019 European U17 Team Championships, the 2018 European Junior Team Championships and the BWF Junior Rankings from 15/09/2020.

The seeded teams are:
